YASGood problems

I'm finally getting around to ask about two things, even though they've been a problem for a couple years now. Wacko

1. In the drop-down list of puzzles, there is no green dot next the YASGood name. There is no dot at all, in fact. It's just a blank space.

2 When I solve one of the YASGood levels, I get taken back to 100 Boxes, as if I've finished all the YASGood levels - which I haven't. This happens on any level of YASGood that I finish - Sokoban starts back at 100 Boxes.

Any idea how to fix these two issues?

You probably dont have this collection it checked.
Go to 'options', then 'game options' and press the button
'select all' and 'done'. This should validate all collections in
Levels folder.

:(:( It changes back after I close and re-open Sokoban. It won't stay fixed.

The "selected files" setting is saved in a file called SelFiles.dat. It is located in the folder where the game is installed (probably C:\Program Files\Sokoban 2.0).

Check that you have the file and that it is updated when you click the checkboxes or the "Select ALL" button and then click Done.

I've done what you said, and it is updating, and stays updated when I close Sokoban. However, it reverts back to 0 when I reopen the game. Question

Try deleting the file and then start the game. Then do select all and click done.

If you still have the problem, click "Tools" - "Export Settings" and send the generated file and the SelFiles.dat file to bjorn@sourcecode.se.

hmmm... SelFiles.dat now shows a 1, indicating that it should be selected, but in Options the checkbox is still empty. I've closed and reopened the game a couple times, making sure to do 'select all' in Options, but still no go.

I'll zip up the exported settings with SelFiles.dat and send them to you. Thanks for your help. Smile

There is a bug that makes the last file unselected, I will look into it and fix it in the next release.

A quick workaround is to place a level-file in the OwnLevels folder. Just copy any .slc file from the Levels folder.

That's good to know. Another thing to look forward in the next release!
